Enhance the flavor with saffron strands or alternate seasonings such as cinnamon, cardamom, or vanilla, keeping them optional based on your preference. You can also add ice cubes at this stage or save them for serving. Blend the mixture until velvety smooth. If the shake feels overly thick, add a little water and blend again to reach the ideal consistency.
